Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We keep detailed, contemporaneous records of the time spent on your case. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon request, with each billing and at the closing of a case. Invoices will include out-of-pocket costs including, but not limited to, filing fees, sheriff's and constable's fees. John D. Grandfield's rate falls between $275 and $300 per hour while Associate rates are between $175 and $225 per hour. Law clerk and paralegal rates are between $80 and $125 per hour. In most cases retainers must be paid in advance.
